Return Policy
We accept returns only if the issue is our fault (e.g., defective shoes or incorrect size or color sent).
Conditions for Returns:
Boots must be unworn and not used for play. Once confirmed, you can choose between a full refund or an exchange for the correct size or color as per your original order.
Exclusions:
If the boots do not fit because the wrong size was selected at checkout, we do not offer exchanges or refunds, provided the boots match the original order specifications.
